Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Typical delivery times within Switzerland are 1 to 3 business days, depending on the carrier (Swiss Post Priority or Economy).
Please note that during peak periods or holidays, shipping times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@pawsturepillows.com with your name and order number.
We will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping to Parcel Lockers and P.O. Boxes
We ship to MyPost24 lockers, parcel boxes, and P.O. boxes within Switzerland.
Please ensure that you provide the correct address details as specified by Swiss Post.
